Become a Ninja. An AI-Native Black Belt in twelve weeks.

A ninja is someone whose business runs at 6am without them, who directs AI instead of doing the work, and who can teach the next person. Over twelve weeks you become one: month one, learn the basics; month two, deploy what you learned; month three, orchestrate and automate what you deployed. An AI-native company built on camera, yours built alongside, one belt a week. You walk away an AI-Native Black Belt Ninja, certified, running a company you built.

The promise

Stop doing. Start directing. Become a Ninja.

The founder is still the operating system of most businesses. The Track replaces that, and it is the whole path taught as one course in three months: learn the basics, deploy what you learned, then orchestrate and automate what you deployed. It is led from the front. Every Thursday the company on camera moves forward: a full lesson, then the build, with the direction held the whole way so twelve weeks lands where it should. You build your own alongside it, hands up whenever something sticks, and every week ends with the same homework: bring your company to the layer the on-camera build reached. By Week 12 everyone has built their own.

The belt is never handed out. It is earned by completing nine tasks across three levels, and recognized by the Sensei tier. The Track changes the pace, never the standard: one company, one direction, one lesson a week, the community between calls, so twelve weeks is enough.

A Black Belt who cannot teach it has not finished.
The six layers, on camera

AI that knows. AI that works. AI that builds.

One real company, taken from a founder’s head to an AI-native operating architecture over the twelve weeks, every layer built on camera and explained as it happens, with the reasons behind each decision said plainly. Your own company follows the same path, one week behind the screen, until Week 12 when it runs on its own.

1. The business brain

Everything the company knows becomes usable: the founder's context, the strategy, the offers, the calls, the documents, the decisions. AI that knows the business, answering questions only this company could answer.

2. Connected data

The brain connects to where the work already lives: email, calendar, documents, the CRM, the marketing system. Built properly the first time, the data model and the plumbing done the right way, with the reasons said out loud.

3. The AI workforce

Specialized co-workers for sales, marketing, operations and finance, each working from the shared brain with the right context and permissions. AI that works, on real tasks, every day.

4. Humans and AI in one room

An operating environment where the team and its co-workers work in the same rooms and the same workflows, with the practices real teams run: version control, environments, continuous deploys, monitoring, secrets handled correctly.

5. The build capability

The company creates its own dashboards, workflows and applications as needs appear. AI that builds. This is the on-camera app, and the one you build for your own company.

6. Evolution

By Month 3 the system runs itself and gets better: loops that self-correct, new co-workers as the work changes, alerts only when a human is needed. Built to scale because every decision along the way was made for it.

The weekly call

Thursdays at 4 pm ET. Learn, build, teach.

Sixty to ninety minutes, depending on the week and the workload. One full lesson every call, at a pace that gets the whole thing taught, with room for every hand that goes up. The full ninety runs like this; a lighter week shortens the build.

Minute 0 to 30

The lesson

This week's belt taught as a full lesson, paced start to finish: the mindset shift, then a live demonstration of all three levels on a real business. No slides. The screen is the terminal and the desktop app.

Minute 30 to 60

Build along

The company on camera moves forward one layer, Level 1 of the belt, while you build the same step on your own. Raise your hand the moment something sticks; it gets answered in the room.

Minute 60 to 85

Questions

Hands up. Every question asked gets answered live, on the real problem it came from. Ninjas who want to show what they built last week take the screen here.

Minute 85 to 90

The homework

Belts read aloud, next week's kata named, and the week's homework set: bring your environment to the level the on-camera build reached today, for your own idea. Discord carries anything that sticks.

Between calls

The call carries the lesson. Discord carries the rest.

Discord, for support

Stuck between Thursdays? Post it. The question gets an answer, and the thread stays for the next ninja who hits the same wall.

Discord, for the community

The cohort builds in the open. Show what you shipped, borrow what someone else did, find the person building the same thing in a different business.

Belt review

Submit your evidence links whenever a level is done. Belts move during the week and are read aloud on the next call.

The homework

Every week, the same assignment: bring your company to the layer the on-camera build reached. Eighty-one tasks over twelve weeks, each closed by a link. By Week 12 your company is built, connected and running.

Week 12

You walk away AI-Native Black Belt Certified.

Complete the twelve weeks and the belt is yours. It is earned three ways, each one verifiable, so the credential says something a certificate of attendance never could: you built it, it runs, and you can teach it.

  1. 1
    81 of 81

Every task on every belt, closed with evidence. A deploy, a recording, a recipe. Nothing signed off on trust.

  2. 2
    Your company, running

Built layer by layer over the twelve weeks. Demoed live in Week 12. Still running at day 30.

  3. 3
    One White Belt created

You brought someone to their first belt. A Black Belt who can teach it has finished.

The credential is public. Your name on the ninja roster, the belt on the honor board, and a page you can link from anywhere.

After Black

Sensei is earned by coming back.

The Track ends at Black plus Sensei Level 1. Levels 2 and 3, Mentor and Master, are earned by returning to help lead a full cohort and by producing another Sensei.

Every graduate is invited back as a Sensei. By the third cohort the calls are co-led and the Discord is answered by ninjas who sat where you sit. That is how the dojo scales, and how a Full Sensei ends up leading a cohort inside a company.

The first cohort

The Dojo Founding Group.

The cohort that starts November 5 is the first one, and it is the only one that will ever be first. Its members carry the title Dojo Founding Group for as long as the dojo operates.

The title, for life

Founding Group on the ninja roster, the honor board and your credential, for as long as we operate.

Honored in every offer

Each offer the dojo makes after this one carries something set aside for the Founding Group. That is a standing commitment, made now, kept every time.

The first Senseis

The Senseis who help lead every cohort that follows come first from this group. The dojo's teaching line starts here.

Belt-or-extend

The belt is never handed out on schedule. So you stay until it is earned.

Finish twelve weeks short of Black and you stay through the next cohort at no cost, with the group and the Discord, until the belt is yours.

That protects the credential, because nobody is passed to keep a schedule, and it protects you, because the seat is a commitment to an outcome.

The Founding Group

Starts Thursday, November 5. The first cohort, the one time.

The Founding Group forms week over week from the rooms until the first call. Fully interactive: you build together, learn together, and every ninja teaches. Start in the Agent Mastermind and your $99 is credited here inside the window.

Questions

Before you take a seat.

How many hours a week?

The Thursday call (60 to 90 minutes) and five to eight hours of building on your own business, with Discord open whenever you get stuck. Eight hours is the honest number for someone who wants Black in twelve weeks.

Do I need to attend the Agent Mastermind first?

No, though most ninjas do. The room is Weeks 1 and 2 in compressed form and the $99 is credited. Seats are open to anyone with an operating business and a real workflow to automate.

What tools will I use?

The build environment and the accounts are named in your welcome email and set up in Week 0, on your own accounts, so Week 1 starts with everyone provisioned. The technology is replaceable; the architecture you leave with is the value.

Can a company send a team?

Yes. Two or three operators from one company go through the same cohort together and come out as the internal Sensei who hold the standard after the engagement ends. Write to the Dojo to reserve company seats.
