Before The Polish

A Note Before You Read The Rest

You’re here before there’s anything to point at.

Before the launch. Before the polish. Before there’s a roster of testimonials and a landing page with stock photos of happy customers.

That’s not a problem. That’s the whole point.

The people who get in now don’t get in for a smaller price. They get in for a completely different experience, watching me build the brand in real time, with direct access I won’t be able to offer once public traffic shows up in late June.

Once we launch publicly, the price triples to $7,500, the access flattens, and this version of the offer disappears.

The Gap You’re Sitting In

AI changed more in the last six months than in the last three years.

And most operators are still using it the way they used Google in 2008. There’s a gap forming between how AI can be used and how almost everyone is actually using it. Here’s where it is.

01 Where most operators are

The gumball machine

You open Claude or ChatGPT. You type a prompt. You get something useful: maybe a draft, maybe an idea. You close the tab. Tomorrow, you start from zero.

Nothing is saved. Nothing is trained. Nothing is connected. Every prompt is a fresh start. There’s no compounding. No infrastructure. No leverage.

And when you hit a ceiling, the default is the same as it’s always been: hire another person. More overhead. More management. More complexity.

You're an AI user. Not an architect.
02 What changed

The architecture shift

Six months ago, AI could write text. Maybe draft an email. That was about it.

Now it can read your spreadsheets, connect to your apps, run on a schedule, build entire applications, and execute multi-step workflows across your business without you sitting there.

Trained AI co-workers (systems that know your context, your voice, your data, your decision patterns) didn’t exist twelve months ago. They do now. And the operators who figure this out first are pulling ahead at speeds that don’t make sense to anyone still in the old model.

The architecture for AI as infrastructure is here.
03 What's possible

The operator move

An AI co-worker that knows who you are, what you’re building, how you operate, and where you’ve been. Not a chatbot you re-explain yourself to every session. An actual operator.

This is what we build for Light Brands enterprise clients raising $3M to $75M+. Multi-feature platforms shipped in 60-90 days that would take traditional dev teams a year. We’ve done it 40+ times in the last twelve months.

Module 1 is the same architecture, sized for one operator running their own thing. Same thinking. Smaller scope. By Session 9, yours is live.

Built for solo operators. Same engine.

How An AI-Native Business Actually Works

Four layers. One system.

The Light Brands architecture: an AI-committed founder builds the context that AI workflows run on, with reusable operators that compound over time, all sitting on a personal business memory that gets smarter every week. Module 1 builds all four for you.

01You

AI-Committed Founder

You cannot have an AI-native business without an AI-committed founder. The shift starts with how you think about your role: from operator who does the work to architect who builds the systems that do the work.

The Shift
You stop running the business. You start designing it.
02Your Architecture

Context Layer

Who you are, what you do, how you speak, what you'd never say, who you serve. The foundation everything else stands on. AI is exactly as smart as the context you give it.

The Output
Your business loaded into AI. Reusable. Versioned.
03Your Operations

Workflow Layer

Reusable workflows that run on schedule or on demand. Not one-off prompts that evaporate when you close the tab. Operators that know what to do because you trained them.

The Output
Three working AI workflows by Day 6.
04Your Memory

The Co-Worker

An AI operator integrated into the tools you actually use: Slack, Notion, Gmail, whatever it is. Knows your business. Speaks in your voice. Makes decisions. Hands you the result.

The Output
Your AI co-worker, live, by Session 9.

If you’re missing any one of these layers, the other three don’t work. By Session 9, you’ll have all four.

Module 1 · The 3-Week AI DoJo

Three weeks. Nine sessions. One AI co-worker. Built around your business, not generic AI.

Nine 60-minute live sessions over three weeks, every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Each session produces a real artifact you’ll use in your business. Live cadence so the rhythm sticks and the cohort sees what you ship. By Session 9, your AI co-worker is in your daily workflow and demoed to the room. Every session is recorded and posted to the cohort channel within 24 hours, so you can rewatch any moment or catch up if life happens.

  1. 01

    Context

The foundation. Who you are, what you do, who you serve, how you speak, what you'd never say. Most founders skip this entirely, and that's why their AI work feels generic.

    Deliverable: Your 2-page Context Document
    Week 1 · Tue · 4pm EST · 60 min live
  2. 02

    Intent

What are you actually trying to accomplish? Most people mistake automation for intent. Today we surface the three highest-impact AI use cases in your business and prioritize ruthlessly.

Deliverable: Prioritized use case list with success criteria
    Week 1 · Wed · 4pm EST · 60 min live
  3. 03

    Architecture

The Light Brands AIOS architecture (Operator, Memory, Workflows, Tools), sized for a solo founder. Today you map your current business onto the same architecture we use for $3M-$75M+ enterprise clients.

Deliverable: Your personal AIOS architecture diagram
    Week 1 · Thu · 4pm EST · 60 min live
  4. 04

    Voice

Training AI on your voice is what separates real AI from generic AI. Tone, vocabulary, things you'd never say, examples of your writing, all of it captured into a reusable Voice Profile.

Deliverable: Voice Profile your AI references every time
    Week 2 · Tue · 4pm EST · 60 min live
  5. 05

    Workflows

Pick the right first workflows. Most founders pick wrong and lose momentum. Today we choose the three that compound (typically content, outreach, and decision-making) and spec them out.

Deliverable: Three workflow specs ready to build
    Week 2 · Wed · 4pm EST · 60 min live
  6. 06

    Decisions

Teach AI to propose decisions, not just generate content. The difference between an assistant and an operator is what it does when you're not in the room.

Deliverable: A workflow where AI proposes the answer and you approve
    Week 2 · Thu · 4pm EST · 60 min live
  7. 07

    Integration

Connect it to the tools you actually use. The AI co-worker has to live where your work lives: Slack, Notion, Gmail, whatever it is. Today we plug in.

Deliverable: AI co-worker active in one daily-use tool
    Week 3 · Tue · 4pm EST · 60 min live
  8. 08

    Launch

Your AI co-worker goes live. You're now operating with AI as infrastructure, not as a tool. By the end of this session, your system is running in your daily workflow.

Deliverable: A working AI co-worker integrated into your daily workflow
    Week 3 · Wed · 4pm EST · 60 min live
  9. Bonus

    Demo Day

Every founder demos their working AI co-worker live to the cohort. Daniel gives feedback in real time, surfaces patterns across the room, and pulls the strongest builds forward as case studies. You leave with a polished system and a cohort that watched you ship.

Deliverable: Live demo of your AI co-worker to the cohort
    Week 3 · Thu · 4pm EST · 60 min live

If You’re About To Hire

Before you hire your next person, run this math first.

You built your business to where it is by being excellent at everything. Now that excellence is the trap. Every decision, every approval, every strategic call runs through you. The only solution anyone offers is: hire another person. There’s a different answer.

The Default Move
$75K–$84K
Per year (loaded cost)
  • — Salary + benefits + taxes
  • — Onboarding + management overhead
  • — Can quit · Sick days · PTO
  • — 2-4 months to get to productivity
  • — Often does work you shouldn’t be paying a human for
vs
The Light Brands Way
AI Co-Worker
$20–$200
Per month
  • — Trained on your business and your voice
  • — Works on schedule, on demand, in your tools
  • — Never quits · Never sick · No overhead
  • — Built in days, not months
  • — Frees your humans to do work that actually requires humans

This isn’t about replacing humans. It’s about stopping the work your humans shouldn’t be doing in the first place so they can do the work that actually requires them.

What Actually Changes

What your day looks like, before and after.

Right now, most founders spend their entire day in execution. Following up, updating, reporting, scheduling, formatting, chasing, checking. By the time they’re done, there’s nothing left for the work that actually grows the business. Here’s what shifts.

Your day now

  • 8:00amEmail triage and follow-ups
  • 9:30amUpdating reports, spreadsheets, status docs
  • 11:00amApprovals + decision queue from the team
  • 1:00pmClient fires + chasing invoices
  • 3:00pmMore email + scheduling + admin
  • 5:30pmFinally starting the “real” work
  • 8:00pmLaptop open at dinner. Again.
Zero time for strategy, creativity, or life.
After Module 1

Your day after

  • 8:00amReview AI co-worker’s overnight output
  • 9:30amStrategic thinking and planning
  • 10:30amCreative work: the big ideas only you can do
  • 12:00pmTeam leadership + relationships
  • 2:00pmGrowth + new opportunities
  • 4:00pmLaptop closed. Done.
  • 6:00pmPresent. Available. Living.
AI co-worker handled the rest.

What Only Pre-Launch Buyers Get

You’re not just receiving the content. You’re watching me build the whole brand in real time.

The strategy decisions. The design choices. The corrections. What works. What flops. The conversations that lead to course adjustments. Every Friday you get a “Behind the Build” post in the pre-launch member channel, the inside view nobody else gets.

If launching your own community, coaching brand, or AI-native business is anywhere in your head, this is a front-row seat.

Once we launch publicly in late June, this access flattens. New members get the polished version. They don’t see the build. They don’t get this kind of access to me. The price triples to $7,500 and stays there.

  • Strategic decisions before they're public
  • Mistakes and corrections, candidly shared
  • Roadmap previews and direction shifts
  • Behind-the-scenes from workshops & builds
  • The actual funnel architecture, exposed
  • Personal observations on what's working & why
  • Direct Slack/Dojo access to me during build phase
  • First access to every new product, at pre-launch rates

For Your $2,500

What’s Probably Running In Your Head

Every objection you have right now, addressed directly.

Everyone has the same handful of beliefs running in the background. Most are partially true. All are solvable. Here are the ten that come up most.

01“I’m not technical enough for this.”

This is the most common thing I hear and it’s the most wrong. AI is not a technical skill. It’s a communication skill. If you can explain how your business works to a new hire, you can train an AI co-worker.

You’re not writing code. You’re not building software in the traditional sense. You’re telling AI what your business does, how you talk, what your customers need, and what work needs to get done. That’s the entire game.

The people who do best in this aren’t the most technical. They’re the clearest communicators.

02“I’ve tried AI before and the output was terrible.”

You’re right. Most AI output IS terrible. If you open ChatGPT and type “write me an email,” you’ll get something that sounds like a robot with a thesaurus.

But that’s what happens when there’s no system. The AI doesn’t know your business, your voice, your customers, or your standards. It’s guessing. When you build an AI co-worker using the architecture I teach in Module 1, it’s trained on YOUR data, YOUR voice, and YOUR processes.

The output doesn’t sound like AI because it’s not generic AI. It’s your brain, multiplied.

03“My industry is too different. This won’t work for my business.”

This is the most common concern I hear and the one that dissolves fastest. The Light Brands engine has built platforms for fintech, biotech, real estate, agencies, coaches, consultants, manufacturing, and high-end services.

AI doesn’t care about your industry. It cares about your workflows. Every business has context, voice, decisions, and integration points. The architecture is universal. The data you feed it is what makes it yours.

If you can articulate your business clearly, the architecture works.

04“I’m a solo founder. Isn’t this for bigger teams?”

It’s the opposite. Module 1 is specifically engineered for solo operators. The Light Brands enterprise builds are for teams with multiple departments. Module 1 took that architecture and re-sized it for one person running their own thing.

If anything, you benefit more than a bigger team. When you’re solo, every hour you reclaim from execution work goes straight back into strategy. There’s no committee to convince. You see the results immediately.

Solo founders see the leverage faster than any other audience.

05“I don’t have time for a 3-week program.”

60 minutes per session, nine sessions across three weeks. Total: about nine hours of live time.

Right now you’re probably spending 10 to 20 hours a week on repetitive execution work: following up, updating, reporting, formatting, scheduling. Over a year that’s 500 to 1,000 hours lost to work an AI co-worker could handle.

The 5-7 hours you invest in Module 1 will pay back hundreds of hours over the next year. The math isn’t subtle.

06“I’ve taken AI courses before. They didn’t stick.”

Most AI courses teach AI. Module 1 trains you to build a working AI co-worker inside YOUR business with YOUR data.

The difference: every day produces a real artifact you’ll use in your business. By Day 1, your Context Document exists. By Day 5, you have three workflow specs. By Session 9, your AI co-worker is live, integrated, and demoed to the cohort.

You don’t leave inspired. You leave operational.

07“Why is the price tripling at launch? Feels like marketing pressure.”

Honest answer: it’s both true AND it’s marketing. Let me explain.

The pre-launch rate exists because you’re getting something the public won’t get: direct access to me during the build phase, the front-row seat to the brand getting built, and the founding member status that’s permanent. That has real value, and the public launch experience won’t include it.

$7,500 is what the public Dojo will be priced at after launch. Comparable to similar 12-week programs in the market. It’s not an inflated anchor. It’s what we’ll actually charge once the access flattens and the brand is established.

If the only reason you’d buy is the price, don’t. The right reason to buy is that what’s being built solves something real for you. The price is just timing.

08“What if I miss days during Module 1?”

All lessons are recorded and posted in the cohort channel. You can do them on your schedule.

That said: I strongly recommend doing them on the day they drop. The cohort momentum is part of the experience: when others are posting their Context Documents in the channel, your Context Document gets sharper because you see the patterns.

If you can’t make a day live, do it the next day. If you fall behind by 3+ days, just keep going from the current day and circle back. The artifacts compound. You won’t lose progress.

09“What’s the refund policy?”

Full refund, no questions, until Module 1 starts on June 9.

Once Day 1 lands in your inbox, you’re a member, no take-backs, but also no surprises. You’ll have had two weeks to look at the materials and decide. If you decide between now and June 8 that this isn’t right, send one email and I’ll refund the same day.

This isn’t a money-back-after-you’ve-consumed-the-product trick. It’s a “make sure this is right for you before we start” guarantee.

10“What happens after Module 1?”

New modules drop monthly. Topics shape based on what the cohort asks for. Module 2 might be “Content as a System” or “AI Sales Operations” depending on where the group’s energy is.

Live workshops run bi-weekly. “Behind the Build” posts go out every Friday. Pre-launch members vote on what Module 3 covers.

This isn’t a one-off course. It’s a community you’re a permanent member of, at a rate that’s permanently locked, with access to a continuously growing library of modules, workshops, and resources.

Meet Your Sensei

Daniel Lawless built the engine. Now he teaches it.

Founder of Light Brands AI. The architect behind 40+ enterprise AI platforms shipped in the last twelve months: fund managers raising $50M+, biotech companies replacing fourteen internal tools, agencies shipping in days what their competitors ship in quarters.

Daniel pioneered the Light Brands architecture: the four-layer pattern (Context, Workflows, Operators, Memory) that lets a single operator run with the leverage of a ten-person team. The framework has been deployed across fintech, biotech, real estate, manufacturing, consulting, agency, and high-end service businesses.

The Dojo is how he teaches it. The same engine, the same architecture, sized for one operator running their own thing. By Day 8 you don’t have a course completion. You have a working AI co-worker.

Why I’m building this now.

For the last two years I’ve built AI-native infrastructure for enterprise clients: fund managers raising $50M+, biotech companies replacing 14 internal tools, agencies that ship in days what their competitors ship in quarters.

The architecture works. We’ve proven it 40+ times.

The bottleneck was never software. It was coordination. AI removes coordination.

But here’s the thing I kept noticing: the architecture also works for solo operators. The framework that helps a fintech build investor infrastructure also helps a single founder build an AI co-worker that handles their content, their outreach, and their daily decisions.

So I’m building Light Brands the brand (the public-facing version) around this realization. The enterprise work continues. But there’s a whole layer of operators who’d benefit from the same thinking, sized to their reality.

Why pre-launch matters.

I could’ve just announced the public launch and skipped this whole step. Run ads, sell to strangers, ship the polished product.

But that’s not how I want to build this. I want the people who get in first to be people I can know personally. Operators who’ll shape what Module 2 covers. Founders who’ll show up in the Dojo for real conversations. The kind of cohort that becomes the soul of the community.

The $2,500 rate isn’t a discount. It’s the access you get for being early. The Behind-the-Build posts. The direct line during the build phase. The front-row seat to a brand being built in real time. That goes away once public traffic shows up.

What I’m asking for.

15 minutes to read this page. 5 minutes to decide. One email reply if it’s right for you.

If it’s not, that’s fine too. Wait for the public launch, come in at $7,500 if it still resonates then, no hard feelings. But if you read this far and something in it landed, the move is to get in now while the rate and the access are still here.

— Dan

The Decision

Module 1 begins Tuesday, June 9.

Pre-launch rate closes when Module 1 starts

Wait for the public launch

  • — Come in at $7,500 when public enrollment opens
  • — Miss the build-in-public weeks (everything’s polished by then)
  • — Module 1 has already happened, you’d start with Module 2 or later
  • — The Friday “Behind the Build” posts close to new members
  • — Direct access to me flattens with public traffic
Your Path

Get in pre-launch

  • — $2,500 once. Locked forever.
  • — Module 1 begins June 9: your AI co-worker live by Session 9
  • — Watch the brand get built in real time, front row
  • — Direct line to Dan during the build phase
  • — First access to every product Light Brands launches, at pre-launch rates

Stop prompting. Start building.

Module 1 begins Tuesday, June 9. The pre-launch rate disappears when Module 1 starts. The brand goes public after.
